Planning…I love planning units and lessons…*most* of the time. I love the feeling of finding the perfect activity or resource , but lesson planning is a creative endeavor, and often (when I’m stressed out or short on time), I find myself at a loss for ideas. I want catalog my ideas and organization from this year, as a reference for myself in the future, but also for other teachers planning their curriculum, or simply experiencing “planning-block” and needing some ideas and inspiration for a specific topic. Last year (2014-2015) I taught all Spanish 1, but I am hoping to add some Spanish 2 units as I teach them this year.
